Saptannoyi's 3rd issue was published in the International Kolkata Book Fair 2016. It was available at the Little Magazine Pavilion Stall No. 166 (Bhashalipi). Beneath the apodictic title of Saptannoyi, 88 pages of quality writing and drawing were bound to each copy. It is the third cumulative issue of the publication since its inception and the first issue under the third volume.
